  1. Enroll in a Renter’s Insurance Policy— this is the best advice we can give you; protect yourself and your belongings.
  2. Ensure that all necessary utilities have been set up with our approved service providers.
  3. Put in your change of address with the post office—how else is the latest Restoration Hardware catalog going to find you?
  4. Lease signing—please bring all necessary documentation with you such as your utility confirmations, proof of insurance, ID and other pertinent information such as pet records if applicable.
  5. Move-in inspection—time to learn the ropes and test all the buttons.
  6. Relax; you’re home!
